1. The owners of the majority of shares in the family ownership may appoint, from among themselves, one or more persons to manage the joint property. The manager may introduce changes to the purpose for which the joint property is designated, in a manner that improves the methods of utilizing such property, unless otherwise agreed. 2. The manager may be removed by the same method by which they were appointed, and the Court may also remove them at the request of any partner if there is a reason justifying such removal.
