Book Three: Original Real Rights (in Rem) · Section One: Right of Ownership · Chapter Two: Co-Ownership in Common · Part Five: Family Ownership

Except for the previous provisions, the provisions of co-ownership, agency, and the estate shall apply to family ownership.
