Where the Ministry or the Competent Authority, as the case may be, is unable to reach or notify the Supplier in accordance with the provisions of this Resolution, it may, within a period not exceeding forty-eight (48) hours from the date on which the existence of the Fraudulent, Corrupt, or Counterfeit Goods is established, take the necessary measures to withdraw such Goods at its own expense, provided that it shall recover from the Supplier all costs and expenses incurred in this regard once the Supplier has been located.
