Anti-Commercial Fraud Executive Regulation — Article 8 — Article (8) Failure of the Supplier to Withdraw Fraudulent, Corrupt, or Counterfeit Goods
Withdrawal and public notice
Where the Supplier fails to withdraw the Fraudulent, Corrupt, or Counterfeit Goods within the period prescribed in Clause (1) of Article (5) of this Resolution, the Ministry or the Competent Authority, as the case may be, shall, within the next forty-eight (48) hours, take the necessary measures to withdraw such Goods from markets and warehouses at the Supplier's expense.
