Articles (8) and (9) of this Resolution shall not preclude the application against the Supplier of the administrative penalties prescribed under the Schedule of Administrative Penalties referred to in Article (15) of the Decree by Law, as a consequence of the Supplier's refusal or failure to withdraw the Fraudulent, Corrupt, or Counterfeit Goods despite having knowledge thereof.
