The Supreme Committee shall consider applications for the use, Recycling of Goods, or Destruction of Fraudulent, Corrupt, or Counterfeit Goods prior to referring the matter to the Competent Court. The Competent Court shall consider such applications once the case has been referred thereto, or a judicial judgment has been rendered therein.
