Without prejudice to Clause (1) of Article (5) of the Decree by Law, the Ministry or the Competent Authority, as the case may be, may dispose of Fraudulent, Corrupt, or Counterfeit Goods through their use or Recycling of Goods in accordance with the provisions of this Resolution.
