劳动关系法 — 第35条 — Article (35) Effecting the Warning Period in the Event of Termination of the Contract During the Leave Period

劳动者休假期间，劳动合同任何一方拟依本法令及其实施条例终止合同的，除双方另有约定外，合同约定的通知期自劳动者预定返岗日次日起算。
