Part One: Content Crimes: Article (20) Inciting the Suspension of the Provisions of the Constitution and Laws

使用信息网络、设备或系统侮辱他人，或向其归属可能使其受处罚或遭第三方蔑视的品质的，处监禁及（或）250,000至500,000迪拉姆罚款。上述行为在公职人员或受托公共服务者履职期间或因履职而针对其实施的，构成从重情节。
