为在法律许可情形以外交易、宣传麻醉品、精神药物等，传播其使用方法或便利交易，而创建、管理、监督网站或通过信息网络、设备传播信息、数据的，处有期徒刑及（或）500,000至1,000,000迪拉姆罚款。
