1. 出现本法第403条第2、3、4款或第404条任一情形的，应撤销本分节电子监控命令。 2. 撤销程序及后果适用第405、407条相同规则。 3. 作为第406条第2款例外，本条第1款情形的撤销判决为终局，不得以任何法定方式提出异议。
