1. 证人经传唤不到庭的，法院听取检察机关意见后可处1,000至5,000迪拉姆罚金。 2. 证言必要的，可延期重新传唤并命令逮捕、带到。 3. 再次传唤后或自行到场，或提出可接受理由的，听取检察机关意见后可免罚。 4. 第二次仍不到场的，可处不超过第1款最高额两倍罚金，并命令在本次或延期庭审带到。
