1. The disciplinary sanctions that may be imposed on the inmates are: a. Warning b. Deprivation of all or some of the privileges prescribed for his category for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days. c. Deprivation of a reduction in the term or not being nominated for parole after the lapse of three quarters the sentence. d. Solitary confinement for a period not exceeding seven (7) days. 2. The Executive Regulation of this Decree Law shall determine the following: a. The power to impose disciplinary sanctions. b. Violations for which the sanctions stipulated in Paragraphs (C) and (D) of Clause (1) of this Article are imposed.
