The rules of placement under electronic surveillance shall be applicable to the offences herein, in alignment with the specifications and processes established by a resolution of the Council of Ministers, as per the recommendation of the President of the Authority stipulated in Article (3) herein. Except for offences subject to the death penalty or life imprisonment, or crimes mandating deportation as stipulated by the Law.
