The federal courts located in the federal capital shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate the following crimes: 1. Crimes committed with the intent of trafficking or promotion, and crimes inseparably connected thereto. 2. Crimes of facilitation committed in violation of Articles (34) and (40) Paragraph (1), of this Decree by Law.
