Combating Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Law — Article 87 — Article (87)

A judicial authorization issued by the competent Public Prosecution located in the federal capital in respect of any of the crimes stipulated in Article (88) of this Decree by Law shall be effective throughout all Emirates of the State.
