Section Four: Penalties and Precautionary Measures and Procedures

Whoever has been previously sentenced more than once for one of the crimes stipulated hereby, the Court may, in addition to the prescribed penalty, sentence him to one of the following measures: 1. Determination of residence in a particular place. 2. Prohibition of residence in a particular place. 3. Obligation to reside in places. 4. Prohibition of visiting certain places or locations. 5. Denial of practising a particular profession or craft. 6. Obligation of a rehabilitation programme when a conviction is passed for a crime of addiction or personal use.
