Combating Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Law — Article 77 — Article (77)

The period of the sentenced measure may not be less than one year and not more than five years. Whoever violates the provisions of any of the measures stipulated in the previous Article shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of no less than three months and not more than one year.
