As a result of a ruling in the offence of addiction of narcotics or psychotropic substances more than once, the convicted person shall not be licensed to drive motor vehicles or the licence shall be revoked if it is issued. This effect shall end with the lapse of one year as of the completion date of the imposed execution penalty.
