The Court, after taking the Public Prosecution opinion, may order the removal of the Convicted person from the Unit in the following two cases: 1. If the report found that his health condition permits this. 2. At his request, after the approval of the Supervising Committee. In all cases, the period of placing for treatment or rehabilitation may not exceed one year.
