1. The approval for the safe destruction and disposal of the Medical Product shall be valid for the period determined by the Competent Health Establishment or Authority, each within the limits of their jurisdiction. 2. The Applicant shall obtain a new approval for each batch of a Medical Product that he wishes to destroy or dispose of.
