1. It is not permitted to import, export or re-export any Medical Product or any raw materials or pharmaceutical raw materials used in its manufacture except after obtaining approval or permit from the EDE. 2. The cases specified by a resolution of the Cabinet based on the proposal of the President, after coordination with the Competent Health Authority, and in accordance with the controls and conditions included in this resolution, are excluded from Clause (1) of this Article.
