1. It is prohibited to practice any of the activities stipulated in Clause (1) of Article (2) of this Decree by Law that require a License for their practice, except after obtaining a License from the Licensing Authority according to the type of Activity. The License shall be issued after fulfilling the controls, conditions, and procedures stipulated in this Decree by Law, its Executive Regulation, and the resolutions issued in implementation thereof. 2. Issuing a License in accordance with the provisions of this Decree by Law shall not prejudice the fulfillment of any permits, licenses, or approvals required by the Federal or Local Authorities for practicing the Activity in accordance with the legislation in force in the State.
