This Decree by Law aims to achieve the following: 1. Developing and promoting the cultivation of Industrial Hemp as an important natural resource that contributes to increasing the contribution of the agricultural sector to the State's gross domestic product. 2. Regulating a new economic sector and promising global market in accordance with the best international practices. 3. Providing safer and higher-quality products in accordance with the highest internationally adopted standards.
