The death penalty shall be imposed on anyone who seeks to collaborate with a foreign country or a group that is hostile or aims to prejudice the security of the State or anyone who works for their interest, or communicates with anyone of them to assist in their war operations or to jeopardize the war operations of the State. Life imprisonment shall be imposed on anyone who seeks to collaborate with the persons stated in the preceding paragraph, or anyone who works for their benefit, or who communicates with any of them to carry out hostile activities against the State.
