Article 27 — Article (27) Provider Obligations to Provide Alternative Goods

1. In the event that a defect is discovered in the goods, whether due to the conditions of its preservation, storage, trading, installation, or other reasons that the provider bears, the consumer shall have the right to choose between returning the goods with a refund of its price, replacing it, or repairing it without charge; 2. In all cases, the provider shall provide alternative goods for the consumer to benefit from without charge, until it is replaced or repaired; and 3. In the event that the provider breaches its obligations stipulated in Clause (2) of this Article, it shall compensate the consumer for the cost of providing the alternative goods it took to repair or replace the goods.
