1. The storage receipt and the pledge deed may be issued in the name of or to the order of the bailer. 2. Where the storage receipt and the pledge deed are made to the order of the bailer, he may assign them together or separately by means endorsement. 3. The endorsee of a storage receipt and/or a pledge deed may request that the endorsement be registered along with his domicile and occupation in the copy kept by the warehouseman.
