1. The endorsement of the storage receipt and the pledge deed must be dated. 2. Where the pledge deed is endorsed separately from the storage receipt, the endorsement shall be accompanied by the authorization condition and shall include the sum of the debt secured by the pledge, the maturity date, the creditor's name, occupation, domicile and the signature of the endorser. 3. The endorsee shall request that the pledge deed endorsement as well as any relevant particulars to be registered in the books of the warehouse and that the pledge deed be marked up with such endorsement and particulars.
