Where the goods stored in respect of which a storage receipt and a pledge deed have been issued are fungible, they may be replaced by goods of the same nature and quality provided that a stipulation to that effect has been included in both the storage receipt and the pledge deed. In such case, all the rights and privileges of the receipt or pledge deed holder shall transfer to the new goods.
