1. A resolution by the Minister of Economy, in consultation with the local competent authorities, shall be issued to regulate the practice of the profession of appraisal experts and the utilization of auction rooms and electronic platforms via modern means of technology. 2. Without prejudice to any severer penalty set forth in another law, any person violating the provisions of the said resolution shall pay a fine not exceeding (10,000) ten thousand dirhams. In all cases, the judge shall order that the office or room to be closed or the electronic platform be blocked, as well as removing billboards and panels which the violator had used. Such court order shall be published, at the sentenced party's expense, pursuant to the procedures and time limits set forth in the legislation in force in the State.
