Article 46 — Article (46) Business Competing with the Company's Business

Part Two: Partnerships · Chapter One: General Partnership

1. The general partner may not, without the written consent of the other partners, carry on for his own benefit or for the benefit of third parties any activity which competes with the business of the Company, nor be a general partner in any other General Partnership. 2. If a partner in the General Partnership carries on, without the consent of the other partners, any similar activity which competes with the business of the Company, such partner shall pay to the Company all such profits generated by him from such activity.
