1. If there are multiple agents, they shall be jointly and severally liable when the agency is indivisible, or the damage suffered by the principal is the result of a common fault. 2. The agents, even if jointly and severally liable, shall not be liable for the acts of one of them that exceed the limits of the agency or are abusive in its execution. 3. If the agents are appointed in a single contract without being authorized to act individually, they shall act jointly, unless the work is such that it does not require an exchange of opinion, such as collection or payment of a debt.
