If the employer terminates a fixed-term contract or a contract concluded for a specific work before the expiration of its term or completion of the work, without an excuse and without any act on the part of the employee justifying rescission, the employer shall be bound to pay the wage due to the employee for a period of three (3) months, calculated based on the last comprehensive wage received.
