1. The condition stipulated by the founder shall be observed in the lease of the endowment; if a lease term is specified, it may not be violated. 2. If it is not possible to find a person willing to lease the endowment for the specified term, and the administrator has not been granted the right to lease it in a manner more beneficial to the endowment, the matter shall be referred to the court, which may authorize leasing it for the term it deems appropriate.
