1. If the sharecropping contract is rescinded, or is found to be void, or is annulled, all the produce shall belong to the owner of the seed. If the owner of the seed is the landowner, the farmer (sharecropper) shall be entitled to a remuneration of the like. If the owner of the seed is the farmer (tenant farmer), the landowner shall be entitled to a fair rent for the land. 2. In either case, such remuneration or rent shall not exceed the value of the owner's share of the produce.
