1. If there are multiple lessees for a single property, preference shall be given to the one who first took possession of it without fraud or collusion, unless one of the lessees' contracts has a fixed date and was concluded in good faith before another lessee took possession of the leased property or before the renewal of their lease, in which case such lessee shall be preferred. 2. If there is no reason to prefer one of the lessees, they shall have no recourse for their conflicting rights other than to claim compensation.
