1. A contract shall be voidable if it is concluded by an unauthorized person (Fuduli) in respect of the property of another, or by an owner in respect of property to which another has a right, or by a person of limited legal capacity in respect of their property, where the disposition is capable of resulting benefit and detriment, or by a person under coercion, or if the law so provides. 2. A voidable contract shall produce its effects unless it is annulled. If it is annulled, it shall be deemed as if it never existed. If it is ratified, the ratification shall take effect retroactively from the date of its conclusion, without prejudice to the rights of third parties.
