Article 130

1. If a time limit is specified for acceptance, the offeror is bound to keep the offer open until the expiry of that time limit. 2. If no time for acceptance is specified, the time shall be deduced from the circumstances of the case, the nature of the transaction, or custom. 3. If the offeror withdraws their offer before the time expires, the person to whom the offer was addressed may claim compensation for the damage they incurred, without this including any expected profit from the conclusion of the contract.
