1. The owner shall not exceed reasonable limits in the use of their right to the extent that it harms the property of the neighbour. 2. A neighbor may not seek recourse against their neighbor for customary and unavoidable neighborhood inconveniences. However, they may request the removal of these inconveniences if they exceed the customary limit, taking into account custom, the nature of the properties, their respective locations, and the purpose for which they are designated. The license issued by the competent authority shall not prevent the neighbor from exercising this right.
