Matching offer and acceptance make a sale contract valid and produce its effects between the parties even if concluded outside the Real Estate Registry, because registration legislation did not alter the consensual nature of sale. The contract takes effect upon agreement, except that transfer of ownership may be deferred until registration is completed.
