第952(2)条经重组并扩充。登记处可供公众查阅的资料包括公司成立及董事变更资料，以及董事是否为代名董事、登记成员是否以代名股东身份持股的声明。
- 第33条 — Section 952(3): directors material removed
原“董事”小标题及其三项内容因移至修订后的第952(2)条而从第952(3)条删除。
- 第34条 — Section 952(4): sub-heading renumbering
第952(4)条中的“股本”及“合并与分立”小标题重编号为(4)(a)及(4)(b)款。
- 第35条 — New section 952(6): public-inspection exemptions
新增第952(6)条豁免特定由政府主体全资拥有的限制范围公司或投资公司遵守第952(2)(d)及(e)条的董事及代名安排披露。登记处如认为为人身安全、公共安全或公共利益所必要，亦可豁免其他限制范围公司。
- 第36条 — Section 1028(1): nominee shareholder defined
第1028(1)条将代名股东定义为代表他人持有公司股份，或受他人酌情决定、指示或控制的人。
