1. The Protected Person may receive any funds during the implementation of the Protection Program according to the procedures identified by the Protection Unit. 2. The funds referred to in Clause (1) of this Article shall be subject to control; in terms of their sources and how they relate to the parties to the crime under investigation or trial, and how their sources are related to persons involved in criminal activities inside or outside the State.
