The husband may not deny the child’s lineage except by an accusation of adultery if the following two conditions are met: 1. The case is filed within (15) fifteen days from the date of his knowledge of the birth. 2. The denial is not preceded with an acknowledgement of his paternity explicitly or implicitly.
