1. The minimum term of pregnancy is (180) one hundred and eighty days and the maximum is (365) three hundred and sixty-five days unless a medical committee formed for this purpose decides otherwise. 2. A child’s lineage is proven to his father if he is born during a standing marriage contract after the expiry of the minimum term of pregnancy as of the date of the marriage contract, or after it ends before the expiry of the maximum term of pregnancy, unless the impossibility of meeting between the spouses is proved.
