Article 230 — Article (230) Order of Agnates

Chapter Twelve: The Estate

1. In the case of agnatic heirship, the highest priority is given in accordance with the order mentioned in Article (226) of this Law, then the closest in degree to the deceased when the party is the same, then the one with the strongest kinship when the degree is equal. 2. The agnates share the entitlement to the remainder agnatically when they are united in direction and equal in degree and strength. 3. A full relative is stronger than a paternal half-relative on the same side.
