1. The custodian woman is not entitled to a wage if she is the wife of the child in custody’s father, or is in her waiting period during which she is entitled to maintenance from him. 2. The person obligated to pay the maintenance of the child in custody shall pay the rent of the custodian’s residence unless the custodian owns a residence in which she resides, or which is designated for her residence. The judge may rule for maintenance of the rent of a residence in an amount that covers the costs of the children in her custody.
