1. Federal Law No. (43) of 1992 Regulating Penal Institutions shall be repealed, as well as any provision that violates or contradicts the provisions of this Decree Law. 2. The resolutions and systems related to penal institutions that are issued prior to the entry into force of the provisions of this Decree Law shall remain in force until the issuance of the resolutions and systems that shall replace them in accordance with the provisions of this Decree Law.
