Chapter Seven: Release and Transitional-Age Inmates

1. Subject to the provisions of multiple crimes and penalties stipulated in the Crimes and Penalties Law, if multiple penalties are imposed for crimes committed before the inmate is admitted to the penal and correctional institution, the release shall be based on the total duration of these penalties. 2. If the inmate commits a crime while being in the penal and correctional institution, the release shall be based on the remaining period at the time of committing such crime, in addition to the period of the penalty he has been sentenced to due to committing it.
