1. The pre-trial detainee shall be released upon the expiry of the period stated in the detention order, unless it is extended or an order for his release is issued before its expiry by the competent authorities, unless he is detained for another reason. 2. The Executive Regulation of this Decree Law shall determine the special procedures to implement the provisions of this Article.
