The Unit shall notify the Public Prosecution in the event that the patient fails to comply with the treatment or rehabilitation plan, or in violation of the regulations followed in the Unit. The Unit supervising committee shall issue a report explaining the violations committed and submits it to the Competent Public Prosecution to take action. In this case, the Court shall rule according to it for a period of no less than one year, and the placing period shall be deducted from the imposed period.
